You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to:

By posting, uploading, submitting, publishing, or otherwise making User Content available on the Platform, you grant True Love for Style, its affiliates, successors, partners, contractors, and service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:
Host, store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, and transmit your User Content.
Share, repost, feature, highlight, promote, and showcase your User Content throughout the Platform.
Use your User Content in marketing, advertising, promotional materials, newsletters, social media posts, blog articles, case studies, member spotlights, educational materials, and other business-related communications.
Display your username, profile name, business name, profile photo, and publicly shared content in connection with promoting the Platform and its community.
Create screenshots, previews, excerpts, compilations, and promotional displays that include your publicly shared User Content.
Feature your content in community highlights, success stories, testimonials, contests, challenges, newsletters, or other promotional campaigns.
This license is granted solely for purposes related to operating, improving, marketing, promoting, and growing the True Love for Style Platform and community.
You represent and warrant that:
You own the User Content or possess all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations required to grant this license.
Your User Content does not violate any law or the rights of any third party.
Any individuals appearing in your content have provided any permissions or consents required by applicable law.
You understand and agree that content shared publicly within the Platform may be viewed, shared, commented on, or referenced by other members in accordance with Platform functionality.
True Love for Style is under no obligation to use, display, promote, or retain any User Content and reserves the right to remove, restrict, edit, or discontinue displaying content at any time and for any reason.
If you delete your content or close your account, this license will terminate with respect to future uses; however, True Love for Style may retain and continue to use content that has already been incorporated into marketing materials, newsletters, social media posts, community archives, educational materials, legal records, backup systems, or other previously created content.
The AI prompt generators, AI image generators, embedded applications, interactive tools, templates, workflows, private resources, digital downloads, member-only pages, and other premium content made available through the Platform are proprietary content owned by or licensed to True Love for Style.
Your membership grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access these resources solely for your personal use or your own authorized business activities in accordance with your membership plan.
Unless expressly authorized in writing by True Love for Style, you may not:
Share, distribute, publish, or provide access to premium applications, embedded tools, private URLs, or member-only resources with non-members.
Copy, reproduce, duplicate, archive, republish, or redistribute our proprietary prompts, workflows, applications, templates, or digital resources.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, clone, imitate, or attempt to recreate any AI generator, workflow, prompt structure, application, or proprietary system.
Remove, disable, bypass, or interfere with login requirements, access controls, technical protections, or security measures.
Host, mirror, frame, embed, proxy, or otherwise make our premium applications or protected content available through another website, platform, or service without written authorization.
Resell, sublicense, lease, rent, license, or commercially distribute access to any generator, application, or member-only feature.
Use bots, scripts, crawlers, scraping tools, browser automation, artificial intelligence agents, or automated methods to extract prompts, outputs, datasets, designs, or functionality.
Attempt to discover or expose hidden endpoints, private links, APIs, or implementation details intended to remain confidential.
Use the Platform in any manner intended to compete with, replicate, or substitute for True Love for Style's services.
Members are responsible for protecting their account credentials. Sharing credentials or intentionally allowing unauthorized access to premium content may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of membership without refund.
Unauthorized copying, redistribution, misuse, or commercial exploitation of premium tools or proprietary content may result in removal of access, account termination, legal action, and any other remedies available under applicable law.
True Love for Style reserves the right to modify, replace, restrict, discontinue, or remove any premium feature, AI generator, application, or membership benefit at any time without prior notice.
Certain applications, AI prompt generators, AI image generators, embedded tools, member dashboards, and premium resources are available only to authorized members through secure areas of the True Love for Style Platform.
Access to these resources is granted solely through an active membership and may not be shared, transferred, or made available to any unauthorized person. Members are strictly prohibited from:
Sharing direct links, embedded URLs, private pages, or access credentials with non-members.
Posting or distributing member-only application links on websites, forums, social media platforms, messaging apps, or public repositories.
Attempting to bypass login requirements, paywalls, membership restrictions, or other access controls.
Using browser tools, scripts, bots, automation software, or other technologies to expose, capture, or extract protected application URLs or functionality.
Embedding, framing, mirroring, proxying, or otherwise making True Love for Style applications available through another website or platform without prior written authorization.
Assisting or encouraging others to gain unauthorized access to premium content or applications.
Any attempt to circumvent these protections or provide unauthorized access to member-only resources may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund and may subject you to additional legal remedies available under applicable law.
Our AI prompt generators are intended to assist with creative, educational, and business-related activities.
You agree not to use these tools to create or facilitate content that:
Violates any law or regulation.
Infringes intellectual property rights.
Harasses, threatens, or defames others.
Promotes fraud or deception.
Encourages violence or criminal conduct.
Creates malicious software or cyberattacks.
Attempts to exploit or harm children.
Circumvents platform safeguards or security measures.
Generated prompts are provided for informational and creative purposes only and may require user review before use.
You are solely responsible for your use of AI-generated images and any resulting content.
You may not use our image generators to create, upload, request, distribute, or promote content that:
Depicts or exploits minors in an inappropriate manner.
Contains child sexual abuse material or sexualized depictions of minors.
Violates privacy rights or publicity rights.
Is defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading.
Promotes illegal activities or violence.
Infringes intellectual property rights.
Attempts to impersonate another individual for deceptive purposes.
AI-generated outputs may not be unique and may resemble content generated for other users.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that they have all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and legal authority to upload, submit, generate, modify, share, publish, or otherwise use any photograph, image, video, likeness, voice, name, or other identifying characteristic of another individual through the True Love for Style Platform, including through any AI prompt generator, AI image generator, application, or interactive tool.
Without limiting the foregoing, users may not use the Platform to:
Upload or use images of another person without any permission, consent, or other lawful basis required under applicable law.
Create or distribute content that falsely implies an endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship, or approval by another individual or organization.
Misappropriate, exploit, or infringe upon another person's privacy rights, publicity rights, personality rights, copyright, trademark, or other legal rights.
Create deceptive, misleading, defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful content depicting another individual.
Use the name, image, likeness, voice, or persona of a public figure, celebrity, influencer, creator, athlete, musician, actor, or other recognizable person in a manner that violates applicable law or infringes upon that person's legal rights.
Generate or distribute manipulated or AI-generated content intended to impersonate another individual or mislead others regarding the authenticity or origin of such content.
Use images or likenesses of minors in any manner prohibited by these Terms or the Platform's Child Safety Policy.
Users acknowledge that the legality of using another person's image or likeness may vary depending on applicable laws governing privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, defamation, unfair competition, and related legal protections. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of any such material complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
True Love for Style does not verify that users possess the necessary rights or permissions for content submitted to the Platform and disclaims responsibility for unauthorized use by its users. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to remove content, restrict access, suspend memberships, or terminate accounts that we believe may violate this policy or the rights of any third party.
True Love for Style maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding child exploitation.
Users may not create, request, upload, distribute, or promote any content involving the abuse, exploitation, grooming, trafficking, or sexualization of minors, whether real, manipulated, or AI-generated.
Violations may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
You agree not to post or share content that:
Is unlawful or fraudulent.
Is hateful, discriminatory, or abusive.
Contains spam or unsolicited promotions.
Contains malware or malicious code.
Violates another person's privacy.
Infringes copyrights or trademarks.
Encourages harassment or intimidation.
Is excessively repetitive or disruptive.
Misrepresents your identity or affiliations.
We may remove content or restrict accounts at our sole discretion.
Users who publish blog posts remain solely responsible for their content.
You represent that your published material:
Is original or properly authorized.
Does not infringe third-party rights.
Does not contain defamatory statements.
Complies with applicable laws.
Does not intentionally spread false or misleading information.
We reserve the right to edit, restrict, or remove blog content that violates these Terms.
You retain ownership of content you submit. However, by posting content on the Platform, you grant True Love for Style a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote that content as necessary to operate and improve the Platform.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.
All Platform content, including software, branding, applications, prompts, workflows, graphics, logos, generators, text, designs, layouts, code, and related materials, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the property of True Love for Style or its licensors.
No ownership rights are transferred through your use of the Platform.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor Platform activity and investigate potential violations.
We may remove content, suspend accounts, terminate memberships, or take other appropriate action without prior notice when we believe these Terms have been violated.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for conduct that threatens the safety, integrity, or operation of the Platform.
Termination may result in the loss of access to memberships, premium tools, applications, and content without refund where permitted by law.
The Platform and all associated tools and content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, specific business outcomes, financial results, or the accuracy or uniqueness of AI-generated outputs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Love for Style shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless True Love for Style, its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
We may revise, update, modify, or replace these Terms of Service, our policies, membership benefits, Platform features, pricing, AI generators, applications, and related services at any time.
Changes become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
